PermitStream Pro is currently working toward full conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We test our pages using automated tools (axe DevTools, Lighthouse) and manual review with keyboard and screen-reader testing. Some pages or third-party embedded components may not yet fully meet this standard. We track and remediate known issues on an ongoing basis.

3. Third-party content

Some content on the Service is provided by third parties (for example, embedded payment forms or PDF previews). We use vendors whose products conform with WCAG 2.1 AA where reasonably available, but we do not control third-party content directly.
